Patient Participation Group Your chance to have your say about the services we provide We are currently setting up a Patient Participation Group for the surgery. This, we hope, will help us to understand how we can improve the services that we offer you. We aim to have a group comprising patients representing all of the different groups we serve in the local community, that will meet a few times a year with members of the team here and help us identify things that we do well and things that we can do better, alongside new ideas for improving and adding to our services. We would like to invite any patients interested in being part of this group to fill out one of the forms available. We are hoping to have our first meeting around the end of November. We would like to use this as an opportunity to formulate a practice survey that will help us find the priorities in improving the services that we offer here.
