Register With The Practice?

To register you need to bring your medical card into reception. If this has been lost you can complete a registration form at the surgery instead. You will need to know the name and address of your last doctor to complete your registration. The receptionist will make you an appointment for a new patient check with a health care assistant. At this appointment, the health care assistant will discuss your medical history, and undertake blood pressure and height/weight checks.

If you are taking regular medication you will be asked to book a routine appointment with a doctor in order to obtain your first prescription from the surgery.
