How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
To avoid errors, requests for repeat prescriptions are NOT accepted over the telephone. You can either
leave your repeat prescription request form in the box provided in the lobby, and your prescription will be
ready for collection 2 working days later, or you can send it in the post* with a stamped
addressed envelope for the return of your prescription, or fax us on 01245 344476. Please remember to
make allowances for weekends and public holidays. Alternatively, several chemists will order and collect
your prescriptions for you.
Please ask for a new prescription three or four days before you run out of your medicine.
*Please allow seven days if you are posting your prescription.
