Extended Surgery Hours
Patients will note from the above that we now open at 7.00am on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday morning for pre-booked appointments. These are primarily designed for working patients so that their healthcare needs can be managed at convenient times. Appointments for these clinics can be made at reception or online. Our feedback from patients so far has been very positive about these new surgeries.
Weekend & Night Cover
Out-of-hours cover is the responsibility of the Mid Essex Primary Care Trust. Primecare is contracted to
provide cover between the hours of 6.30pm and 8.00am, Monday to Friday, throughout
weekends, and also bank holidays. This can be accessed by ringing 0844 736 0276.
24-hour help and advice is also available from NHS Direct on 0845 4647.
Disabled Access
The surgery is provided with facilities for disabled access. Please use the doorbell if you require
assistance. If access proves difficult for any of our disabled patients, please inform our reception staff
and we will do our best to help.
